Dear Friend, Anyone who follows the news cannot help but be exposed to the viscious, violent crimes of assault, rape and murder perpetrated against women every day. These incidents cause a rush of emotions - among them anger at the tragic pain inflicted or actual loss of life, overwhelming sadness for the victim’s loved ones and, perhaps wondering if we would stand a chance in a life-threatening situation. The answer is YES! As a three-time survivor of violent crime, I was determined to never be a victim again! So I created this self-defense exercise program by combining techniques of martial arts, hand-to-hand military combat and professional boxing to help women get fit and be able to defend themselves at the same time. These moves are incorporated into a workout that makes self-defense second nature, like a reflex action. They are easy to learn.
